Len Eyre Time Trials are back!!!!From now until the 17th July 2012 the Len Eyre Time Trials will be run every Tuesday, meet outside the Recycling Centre on Waterswallows Road (SK17 7JB), around 7pm with the first man off at about 7:15pm (ish). We should be on the lower circuit for the majority of the year, route map and profile can be found here, the start is usually outside the electricity sub station. Entry is on the line and its £2.50 for members and £4.00 for non members (Membership is only £12.00 if your going to ride few of them). 1st May 2012 Results. NEW CLUB KIT Sam at Sett Valley Cycles is taking orders for the new club kit, by Champion Systems, the cover letter for the new kit and more designs can be found here and the order form can be found here. Deadline for orders: 30th April 2012

2012 Club Events A hommage to the Hilly Classics, organised by Chris Lea, Postponed until 10th June 2012. The Len Eyres will run weekly starting on the 1st May 2012 with the last being on 17th July 2012. The Monyash time trial will return on the 24th July followed by the 1km time trial on the 31st July 2012 The season will end with the 3 club hill climbs, Long Hill on 7th August, Whitehough (Head Lane) on 14th August and Bunsall Incline on 21st August. The AGM will be on Monday 10th September 2012. The Christmas Pud (weather permitting) will be held on the 16th December 2012. Club Dinner will be on either 19th or 26th January 2013, which ever date doesn't clash with the CTT Dinner and Prize Presentation evening when announced. Club Championships 10 Mile - Buxton CC 10TT - 23rd June 2012 25 Mile - Janus RC (J2/9) - 2nd June 2012 50 Mile - Cheshire RC (J4/16) Dinner will be on either 19th or 26th January 2013, which ever date doesn't clash with the CTT Dinner and Prize Presentation evening when announced. |

Membership 2012 All members who wish to remain members who haven't renewed their membership for 2012 must do so before the end of March. Any riders riding under Buxton CC without having membership will be chased for their subs. Roll of Honour 2011. CTT Insurance Renewal The Club is insured for the next twelve months and individuals members can take out third party insurance. The good news is that the premium remains the same. Any member of Buxton C.C. who wishes to take out insurance, please sign a cheque for £15, payable to CTC, and send it to Richard Towse.
